New forum … Emptor

I’ve been a bit crook the last couple of days, and while sitting around today feeling sorry for myself, I thought I’d put together a new forum I’ve been meaning to do for a while (yes, I know – it’s a disease !)

So, I’ve started the Emptor Forums.

Emptor means “a person who buys” (see the dictionary.com entry). A number of times recently when looking to purchase a new appliance or other such item, I’ve found a distinct lack of good information out there about the options and which would be right for me.

So, this site comes out of frustration I guess, been meaning to create it for a while – just didn’t have the time (and needed to think up a good name :D )

I’m expecting the site to evolve – I just thought I’d throw it up there and see what happens !
