		<description>Ah - the ubiquitous Rock Dove aka Feral Pigeon. 

Saw literally thousands of them in Kathmandu - some poor lady was selling food to the tourists so that they could feed the pigeons at the temples. This was to bring good luck. It certainly was good luck for the pigeons.</description>

		<description>Yes we saw birds - lots of them. Every single one of them was a pigeon, very much like the ones we get in Australia.

Didn&#039;t really see anything else - not that we&#039;ve really been anywhere suitable for seeing birds yet.</description>
